If you need some help returning or exchanging the DVD you have purchased. If, after reading this page you still require additional assistance, please contact us.
Non-defective return policies
We only accept sealed, unopened titles for credit or refund within 30 days of purchase, and packages must be in "like new" condition. We will return to sender any DVD not meeting these conditions with no credit or refund issued. You will be charged shipping charges. A copy of your purchase receipt is required.
Again, returned titles must be sealed (unopened) in their original factory packaging. Enclose with the return the following information:
- Your name, address and telephone number.
- A copy of your purchase receipt.
- The reason why you are returning the title.

Defective return policies
In the event that a DVD from MaxxMovies is defective, we will exchange the DVD for a copy of the same title, (provided the title is still currently available) within 30 days of purchase. If the title is no longer available, this warranty is void. Proof of purchase is mandatory; we exchange DVDs only and do not give refunds. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Any damage caused during shipping, handling, abuse, or playing in a defective DVD player.
- Any DVD that is not in a "like new" condition.
- Any case that is not in a "like new" condition, and cases that have been marked with ink or stickers.
- Any DVD that does not clearly show a defect. "Did not find enjoyable" or "Quality not up to standard" are not covered.
- Any DVD that cannot be played because of an incompatible DVD player. However, MaxxMovies will exchange the DVD with different region DVD if the above conditions are met.
We will return items COD to the sender if any of the conditions are not met.
Returned titles must be in their original factory case. Please include with defective exchanges the following information:
- The make, model, and region of your DVD player.
- The location (time, chapter, frame, side etc.) of the defect.
- The nature of the defect (disc skips, audio scrambled etc).
- Your name, address and telephone number.
- A copy of your purchase receipt.
- The reason why you are returning the title.
